Furniture Fusion is a contract furniture supplier to the hospitality industry, that were looking to improve the customer connection with their website and achieve some stand out in what they regarded as a fairly benign and conservative marketplace. They wanted to become the go- to supplier, with an engaging brand story and clear personality.
The first step was to evaluate Furniture Fusion and their competitors using our brand blueprint process. This workshop helped us to identify the business’s DNA, and define the differentiating factors that would set them apart in their competitive market place. How did they want customers and prospects to feel about them?
A brand personality was established, a big idea to lead the creative was conceived, and then the creative was executed, bringing together all of these core values.
A new visual approach that gives Furniture Fusion great standout in a congested market and reflects their personality. An edgy website, with a refined product offering, making specifying their products enjoyable for both designers and architects.
The brand rollout extended into stationary, social media assets, price guides, sales presentations and company overview.
