Calon Wen approached us with a simple challenge, to get their product on more supermarket shelves. Despite the quality of the product, buyers at the major multiples weren't engaged by the brand look and feel. The friendly little Dragon just didn't do the job for the premium quality dairy products on offer.
We started with a Brand Blueprint to extract the DNA of the brand, and developed a brand style that was more engaging, modern, playful and with inherent flex to be applied across an ever expanding product range and promotional channels.
The result... a refreshing brand with gallons of personality. And with more supermarkets quick to take the product on board, better POS positioning helped increased sales massively.
