Account Manager

We’ve got a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager who enjoys a varied role and will relish getting stuck in with projects across the agency’s entire client base, including a global trainer brand, a mental health charity and several design-led B2B brands.

We’re a small, close-knit, and fast-paced team where the sky is the limit and having a proactive attitude is a must. As well as supporting the Account Management team day-to-day, you’ll also get to work on client research and support on the agency’s external marketing activity.

The experience we need:

  • Previous experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager is essential
  • A genuine interest in brand, marketing and the digital world
  • Somebody who is extremely organised, has meticulous attention to detail, excellent writing skills, enjoys multitasking and can form great relationships with our clients.

Middleweight Designer

We are looking for an experienced designer to join the creative team. With at least 3 years agency experience, you will be adept at interpreting branding briefs, and turning them into considered brand identities across a range of touch-points.

Still has a range of client across a range of sectors, so you can expect variation in the workload. One day it could be a global trainer brand, the next day a local bank. You will also work on our on internal collateral and marketing materials.

You will be part of the creative team, but expect to work daily with account managers, and the production manager to ensure client deadlines are met, and beautiful creative leaves the studio on schedule.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial self-starter who wants to go places.

The Essential Stuff

  • Degree in relevant Creative discipline
  • Agency experience (At least 3 years)
  • Awesome Mac skills across the usual packages
  • A love of branding and the creative process
  • Bucket loads of ideas
  • Energy, enthusiasm and a desire to be the Creative Director, Managing Director and then take over the world

Wordpress Developer

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer (PHP/Wordress) to join our Agile development team at Stills in Cardiff. You’ll be working in a creative environment on a range of WordPress websites, including eCommerce and brochureware. You’ll also have opportunities to cross skill with new technologies and build exciting new web projects.

We’re looking for a self motivated individual, with a strong desire to solve problems. You’ll need to be a WordPress wizard, with industry experience building and maintaining websites in WordPress. As a small agency, we’re looking for a sociable and friendly person that enjoys the work they do.

The Essential Stuff

  • 2+ years industry experience
  • Strong working knowledge of WordPress
  • Very comfortable with MYSQL and PHP
  • Proficient in jQuery and vanilla JavaScript
  • Excellent HTML and CSS skills
  • Capable deploying over FTP or SSH
  • Desire to learn new technologies

  • Agile software development experience
