The Bolin Webb razor was developed to fit a niche in the marketplace – beautiful design coupled with performance integrity. Our brief was to to develop a strategy to take this razor to market, including a new name and visual identity.

We supported the client to define the target audiences and gain an understanding of their purchasing behaviours, as well as the existing brand and product loyalties within the marketplace. Focus groups with the target audience provided product feedback and created a strong and robust proposition to sell to partners and retailers.

We helped Bolin Webb to crystalise their brand proposition, define their market positioning and also develop a strategy to identify and target specific retail channels. Following the completion of the brand strategy, we created a visual identity and communications to reflect the brand proposition and provide the platform to take the brand to market. The result? Bolin Webb managed to secure orders from Harrods, Selfridges, Heal’s and Fortnum&Mason within the first year – not a bad start…
